Many listserv members have praised Ambrosio’s inclusion of Becker as not only a pivotal intellectual figure in Western thought, but perhaps the culmination of our understanding of the saintly and heroic paths. If you go to The Teaching Company (TTC) web site, you will find only 6 ratings of his course with comments, some of which are very negative. The result is he scores only 2.8 out of a possible 5 star rating!
